It is you who should have a big thank you, nine years is an incredibly long time of creativity. Personally, I struggle with my first year as a photo blogger, you might call it. Thought and expression do not always go together, but your works are a great source of inspiration. So, thanks for that!
Thank you for the comment, Hans- It is somewhat terrifying how quickly the last 9 years have passed by! Creativity has always been an integral part of my life, but something about having an audience here caused me to focus and push myself harder. I know what you mean, but try not to see it as a struggle and to just enjoy the experience as much as possible. Have a great weekend!
Happy Easter to you as well! Yes, I agree– Back when I was a teenager and in my early 20s I did a ton of drawings / comic books and then slowly drifted away from it all… I became more focused on photography and writing. Many people would bug me over the years with: “When are you going to start drawing again?” But yes, it is a much more enjoyable experience. Have a great weekend!
Thank you for sharing all your stuff like this, even though I can completely understand and feel myself the digital disconnect it often evokes, for nine whole years, for me to experience and enjoy. I think just that, the ability and opportunity to use the tools of the modern age to experience something, make it all very wholesome and beautiful. Congratulations on your shop and everything as well, I am very happy to hear that your productivity and inspiration were and are still thriving!
Thank you for the comment and support, Oloriel- Yes, I know what you mean, and I still take photos and create digital art almost daily. It is just nice to turn off all of the devices and use a pen, pencil or brush from time to time. Even sitting somewhere remote in nature and sketching or painting while there is a great way to escape the modern technology. Anyway, thanks for the kind words and have a great rest of the day!

Back at ya, kid! I’ve turned away from FB and it’s predictable posts and returned to blog where I find so much original content and interesting people. 🙂
Thank you for the great comment & I’m always glad to hear whenever anyone leaves FB. I was briefly on there for a couple of months many years ago and it was like “OK, everyone is on here to inflate their own egos, everything is being spied upon and the slightest thing gets you censored. No thanks!” Hope the rest of your week goes good, take care!
Gratulations to you and thanks for all the pictures, that influences me, Liebe Grüße

Happy Easter 💛🥚 I agree, old school hand drawing keeps you grounded. It’s also better for your eyes.
