    1. Yes– It is a real road sign that really exists– I never traveled beyond the treeline to see what was back there, though. Thought it could be a trap [Kidding, of course.]! Have a great day!

  1. it IS that way–into Nature. Funny aside: I lived on Hope Avenue for many years–moved there from Red Rose Lane really–and we lived on the north end, and Jim’s Mom would abbreviate that “No Hope” avenue when she sent cards–and it just bugged me no end…

    Really dug the gilded cage–the symbolism of the central figure, and the gilt itself.

    1. Yes, I could not agree more– It is into nature, about the only hope left. I’ve spent many periods of time in my life in both large cities and in small towns where I’m closer to nature and I’m always much happier / more productive when closer to raw nature.
