  1. Congrats on the sale of artwork! You were due for some goodstuffs; here’s hoping you sell many more. 🙂

Thanks for the stunning portraits of Saul and for highlighting his work. I’d not heard of him before so I went for a quick YT search before commenting…W♥W just…wow. He is absolutely mind-blowing.

    1. Thank you very much! Yes, it was a pleasant surprise to return home and discover the email that day. I have always believed in sharing my work on here for free, but decided to offer a few originals for two main reasons [People have been inquiring about how to buy them and because I want to take everything to the next level, both online and away from the internet]. Yes, Saul is a very talented dude for sure. I had originally planned on posting these long ago, but I was still in the middle of posting the ‘Progression’ series when this experience took place. Unfortunately it was just one of many projects that was delayed… Until now! Thanks for all of the support and enjoy the day! 🙂

  2. Big congrats! You deserve all the publicity you get.

And, as always, amazing atmosphere in your work. My favourite is the last one. The contrast in expression is haunting.

    1. Thank you so much, Millie! Your work deserves all of the attention it gets as well– Not sure exactly why, but your artwork can cheer me up sometimes when I’m not having the best of days! I picked these seven out of a huge file full of photos from those days, these seemed to summarize the events pretty well without creating a huge post. Oh, and the expressions look a bit strange / unusual in the last one because we were both moving and talking when the picture was taken [But it was the best one that I had where Saul and I were both in frame at the same time.]! Thanks for all of the support and have a great week!

    1. Thank you very much! I had originally planned on posting these long ago, but I was in the middle of the first story arc of the ‘Progression’ series when this was going on & my life was very busy and hectic then as well [Not that it has really changed or slowed down since, but…]. Hope all is well in Nashville– Thanks for the comment and all the support, take care! 🙂

    1. Thanks, John! It was a bit stressful editing photos of someone who has been photographed / filmed by so many over the years. Ultimately I just had to go with my gut instinct during each step of the process and to allow myself to approach it in an abstract manner while tying to remain true to the energy of that particular performance! Thanks for the comment and have a great day!
